Does anyone use LED rope lighting to outline the house doors, windows, eves, etc or do you use ordinary LED strand lighting?  Thanks.

Alot of people use rope lights, mostly in wireframes. I do not like using it because there is not alot of flexibility. The best way to go (in my opinion) is to use normal LEDs to line things. you can get a more precise look. BUT the rope lights make it look as of one consistant light, sorta like neon.
