I remember seeing some pictures of someone's house (a while back) and they used the coro stuff on the gutters and cut it to make it look like snow or frosting. They put christmas lights through the coro to illuminate it.

I hope that someone here knows who i am talking about.

I just want to know some of the specifics about the design and ask permission to do the same on my house.

There has been several people that have done similar displays like the.  The most recent one that I know of is Scot Meyers which did a gingerbread theme last year.  But also Dan Baldwin the owner of LOR did a display a few years back with the gingerbread theme as well.
