And better some than none.:laughing:

If you checked out my site after the HGTV special aired, I'm sure you read that I had moved my display to my house in Bonham.  I had planned on a somewhat scaled back display, but due to renovation delays, I almost ended up with no display at all for 07.

Since I haven't missed a year with a display for maybe 20 years, I wasn't going to give up.  It took me longer to build the cables for the yard and roofline that I thought it would, but my new neighbors enjoyed seeing the changes over several days.  Since I used all LED C-9s I left the lights on static each night just to get me in the spirit.  I was running out of time, (at this point I had done zero Christmas shopping), so I simply redid my '04 LOR sequences with the new channel config.  And taadaa!

The best part about doing a display this past year, was I met almost every one of my neighbors while I was working on it, and not a single person had anything negative to say.  I met the police, and even some of the Vets from across the street.  I'm looking forward to the 4th of July.

Hope you like the pictures

Here's a close up of the windows.  I'm going to re-do them with Paul's LED C-9s so they match the roof and yard.

Looks great Annalisa. I can't imagine how much it costs for all those LEDs.

Well done.

Blue

Just a little info on how bright and wicked the C-9s are.  The very top roof-line is 107 feet.  The blue bulbs are actually 3 feet apart.

Annalisa,

How long does it take you to walk from one end of your house to the other? :laughing:

Oh, the lights look great. ;)

I'm going to PM you one of these days with some questions I have about your lights. I'm making a list so I only have to send one PM. :P

How are you using the c9 replacements with lor? I thought that would ruin the bulbs.

Annalisa,

Seems there is a lot of open/unused lighting space on your roof and lawn.  You will be correcting this for your 2008 display, am I correct?

:P:cool::P:waycool:
