3 channel faders are hard to find, unless you home brew them.

Mr Christmas used to make 3 channel faders.

You can get 2 channel faders just about anywhere they sell lighting supplies.

Check out Chase Lights, they are on our vendor page. I just got some controllers from them, the site says they have faders.  Give them a call.
