Having just Lost the 2 songs I had done this past weekend due to a crash and starting all over.. that after not deciding im going computerized until 1st of october puts me a little in a bind.. so ive got one song back done again.. but im looking for examples of routines i can build off of to get up and running this year.. likely ill be able to get 2 more done by TG sunday when I go live.. but id like to see what others have done.. I see people talk all over of LOR sequences but not so much of AL. are there AL sequences out there shared somewhere to download?
