Do you just use the little metal stands like they do the coro yard signs or do you use something else......rebar, wood stakes or what? I can see the cutoouts blowing over on the little metal stands after being out a week or two.
I glue the 10mm coroplast to the back and then you can use a 1/4 or 5/16 rod for a support.
Just make a small rectangle about 2 inches wide 3 to 4 inches long and glue it to the back with the flutes vertical and it will support it with the rod.
The penguins and the fence in my yard are supported this way. the fence is going on 4 years and the penguins 2 years.

Hey Buddy Can You Spare A Light!!!!!!
It's not the number of channels you have!
It's how you use the channels you have!
It depends on the size of the display but my solutions often involve wood blocks and something to drive into the ground. I fasten the wood blocks to the coro using screws thru flat washers and then fasten the blocks to something stuck in the ground such as rebar or tee posts or conduit or whatever I find.
I made some 4' christmas trees and used 1"x3" wood furring strips secured horizontally in 4 places down the tree and then tied them together with a vertical 1x3. This, in turn, was screwed to light-weight tee posts. Wind? what wind? I had the coro ribs running horizontal to help support side to side and the vertical 1/3 tied it together vertically. With it standing off 2 1/2", I can get to lights to change them.
For my peanuts characters, sign, and Santa I made a frame out of PVC pipe. I ran a pipe down the middle then branched off it to give support to the arms and such. I then hot glued them to the back o the corol. Then I drove some rebar in the ground and slid coro piece over the rebar. I did have to put a couple screws in through the coro into the PVC frame, but only a couple. Worked pretty well for two years so far.

I believe Robin and Marty are the coro kings in this community.
Not to get anything started, but I did not know Robin got kicked off PC. That is sad.
You are right though, he and Marty are pretty knowledgable about coro. They weld steel tube to make their frames for larger items. I was watching "Otta Control Christmas" the otehr day, got it DVRed, and I saw where MArty has also used 2x4's. Itis a matter of size and shape.
Have you seen the wireframes that guy has made? I don't think there is anyone who can touch his ability. Funny when I searched past post on this thread he was always willing to help out the new guy. Sad indeed.
I have his email if anyone wants to contact him for help. Just send me a PM.

Robin has produced high quality wireframes and coro cutouts. I only wish I had his talent.
