We are grateful to Planet Christmas for hosting this Forum. Please remember that this is not a place of business:
Questions about orders should be emailed to orders@LightORama.com
For product issues please email info@LightORama.com
This forum is a great place for LOR users to ask questions and trade ideas. We welcome all LOR related topics. Personally, I am not one for staying on topic but we should try our best (of course allowing for having fun!) But if you have a question or comment for a specific member that is way off topic you should PM them.
When it comes to AC we need to worry about hurt bodies first and hurt feelings second. AC can kill in various ways. It can shock you and it can start fires. We should always assume the worst case... If someone posts a question here we should "politely" check everything we can to make sure that person is being safe. As a responder, if you are not sure of something you should not respond or at least make it clear that you are not sure.
When posting questions you should expect that people will double check your every move when it comes to AC. You should not consider this as an attack on your capabilities but rather a concern for you safety. Anytime anyone does express hurt feelings or doubt ones true intentions they should be referred to the Guidelines of this forum... BTW, this does not give you the right to call someone an idiot.
Basic rules
When posting, please follow the simple Planet Christmas Rules: Positive, Family Friendly and Christmas Centric.
Posts that are related to general Christmas Decoration (not LOR specific) should be placed in the appropriate forum such as Lights, Lights, Lights! This will broaden the audience.
Try to make topic names/descriptions meaningful.
There is a lot of information at the LOR Support page and the LOR Wiki hosted by Don. Please take advantage of those resources.
I’ll ask you all a favor, please do not post a question here and email me at the same time. Someone from LOR checks this Forum quite frequently. Feel free to escalate directly to me if you have a problem with a LOR product.
