I want to include a "Countdown till Christmas" clock on my webpage.

Anybody have a source for the code to do it?  I have done a basic search and only come up with ones that either just want to put it on my desktop or link to a new site.  I want to include the code in my page, but would be willing to have it link to a site if necessary.

Thanks

I am thinking along the lines of what Chuck has on the Planet Christmas home page in terms of a countdown.

Well after looking at the thread here on PC and doing some more searching, I haven't found too much in the way of timers that I like.

I really want a clock function on the page that will countdown days, hours, minutes till Christmas without having to reset the program every year.

I have a PHP script that looks pretty promising, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Here is a link to the page that I found the code on if anybody that is good with PHP wants to take a crack at it?

the program "seems" to fail when it reaches the statement (0 > $left)

http://www.oxyscripts.com/item-406.html

Thanks

Bill

Thanks Daniel

I know just about enough to be dangerous at it .

I am going to work on it later today when I have some time as well.

Bill and Dan did you ever get it debugged?  It worked for me on the first try doing a copy and paste.  Only catch was there are two <?php and two ?> nested inside each other.

Time permitting, I'll try coming up with something similar in appearance to the big countdown clock NASA has at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
