  I have been with 1and1 for about three years and have had great service with them.  Others on PC have had terrible issues with them.  I know there are quite a few of us that use them here.

Have a look at the World Flag Database. It's listed as a "sub-national" flag (St. George's Cross). The database is actually quite interesting to browse.
