Yeah will have to see if my wife will let me come to it our 10th wedding anniversary is June 5th. lol If I do come I have ALOT of stuff that I hope everyone would like to buy.

Just to get this thread caught up with the last one.
I had the Mini scheduled for May 17th. I had to change it. It is now June 7th.
It will be at my house in Eustis, Fl 32736. I will have my address posted some where later when it gets closer to the date of the Mini.
For those driving a ways, I decided to make it easier on you. I was thinking of having a get together earlier. Maybe a snack breakfast. Not sure yet. Maybe it will start at 10:00. We can all meet and get to know each other.
Then at 11:30 am, we could start the introductions and have the first presenter or two.
I thought we could eat after that. Maybe about 1:00.
I figure we will wrap up around 5:30 or 6:00.
Everything I mentioned is me thinking out loud. It could easily be modified.
I am open to suggestions.
I will ask for $10 from everyone attending to cover the cost of the food. Don't worrying about the money now. We can handle that later.
This will be a fun time for all. I can't wait to meet everyone.

Hmm, I will not be able to make June 7th. It is my birthday and the family will be heading over to Destin, FL for a week's vacation on the beach with my family from Louisinana.

*Flood light discussion of uses and products
*Wireframes
*Leaping arches Demo with one here working to see
*Strobes different product here to see
*LEDs comparison
*Mega Tree demo
This is what I envision for the mini:
Have a Breakfast snack visiting time starting at 10:00 a.m.
At 11:30 start officially. (What ever that means)
Introductions - Tell about your display. This is important. It allows others to know who you are and how you make your display. They can then ask questions and learn.
Have a couple of presentations.
Lunch at 1:00.
Then I would like to break into groups(If there are enough of us.)
I would like to have some small group demo question time.
Maybe have 2-3 groups and rotate to groups that are of interest.
