I understand your disappointment. I would be, too.
Actually I am this date is doing better than you can see. I am getting PM from other members who are coming and others who couldn't make it, but now can.
I will leave the date at June 7th. If I keep moving the date it will frustrate many more members including me. I have spent hours PMing several members about the first date and then changing it. I love getting to know each member through the PMs so it is good with me.
Again, I feel your pain and I am truly sorry that I had to change the original date.
This is our first year and the wife and I have it penciled into our calendar at this time. As time gets closer, I hope it gets written in pen (the non erasable type).
We will be coming from the Treasure Coast area. Just wondering if you have received anything from Danielle and John Copeland?

I am looking forward to meeting you both. Let me know when you use the non erasable pen.
I heard from Danielle a couple of times with the first thread about this mini , but nothing lately. I have a PM to them letting them know about the date.
So just a quick question Was wondering so far what the makeup of participants is?? Ages? Men, women, children?? And if it would be worth my time loading up my van with brand new Christmas items to bring and sell at the mini if I get to come?? Any type of rough itenerary?? Thanks still trying to figure out a way to make it. Just got a Monday-Friday job so hopefully I can figure out the other things. Biggest issues is me and donna will be married 10 years on the 5th of June so...........lol

Steven,
That is great you are working. I know that has to relieve some of the stress.
Now to answer your questions:
Age: Not sure. 1 Teenager, rest adults.
There will be men and women. Probably about 65/35%. usually children don't come. But if they are into Christmas decorating and enjoy learning, why not.
You should be able to sell most of what you bring. I suggest that when it gets closer to the date post on here what you are selling. You might sell most of it before you get here.
Last Mini, I bought lights from Louie on my way to Danielle's and had already sold all my lights to STEVES before I got there. I had pre-sold lights to Deltona, too.
Two minis ago Ron sold a lot of his extras for a great price.
If your prices are good your stuff will sell easily.
I was just wondering what each of you would like to see at the Mini. Your feed back will help make this Mini one that can will be fun and informative. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone.
If you are thinking of coming and haven't told me yet, please post here or PM me.
June 7th will be here before Chuck H. can make concrete.

I've got sequencing down great as a 1 year indoctrinated person.
I'd like to see what people have done with Coroplast, some other mechanical things which aren't my forte, like making your own extension cords out of SPT2, connecting ropelight, etc. I can see things on-line for it, but it doesn't beat seeing it in person. Other than that, I'm looking forward to talking to people about what they've done. Can't wait!
