I would move your floodlights back a bit, to cast more eerie shadows. You have a wonderful display, and lighting is key to making it all that better. This website helped be out a great deal this year when planning my 08 halloween... http://skullandbone.com/tutorial_01.htm

Thanks for the suggestion, I took a look at that site and it gives really great information. Next year will be much better, as I have learned alot about animated lighting this christmas.
