Hi Everyone,

We've had a few people asking for bigger frames and our guy came through for us. I have added them to the site.
Here is the link for the wire frames http://www.valsleds.com/wire_frame_sculpture.htm

40% Off LED Rope Light cutable every 20" and net lights http://www.valsleds.com/SPECIALS.htm

There are lots of pictures on the wire frame page so it may take a few to load. If it is just to long for you, could someone please tell me and I'll try to split it up?

Thanks:)

Val

For the animation enthusiasts, we have a great deal for this...

Val,

Did you ever get the oversized shipping issue from last year resolved?  I almost ordered some frames last year, but then it would have cost so much to ship them since they were oversized.  You have some really nice frames I would like to order, dependent on the shipping.  Thanks,

Denny

Hi Denny,

Yes, I do believe we have the shipping process all figured out now. I did not have to ship one frame order as freight last year. I used DHL for the majority of them. Last year was our first time dealing with frames so the packing and shipping was a learning process for us. We did end up sending partial shipping payments back to a lot of people. We were happy to do it and it was a surprise for them.

FedEx opened up a counter in our local hardware store just down the road from us so now we have a few shipping options. I don’t have the shipper/carrier pick up here because they always tack on a few extra $$ for that service. We don’t have to pay for boxes or packing materials for the frames so that’s an additional savings we don’t have to pass on to our customers.

The larger frames are hinged so they will fold in half or thirds depending on the frame which also helps save on shipping and storage. We’re just a small, honest family run business trying to grow and truly do think about how we can save our customers money.
Especially for all of our “Christmas Nut” friends and customers like we are. We know how expensive it is to do these displays/light shows. Know that we will always try to get the best shipping price for you.

If anyone has any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask … always happy to help :)

Val

What I meant to say here is that we DO pass this saving on, we do not charge for boxes or packing materials when shipping these frame!  What a Typo! :?

Val,

Thanks for the info.  I know that I wanted to order some from you last year, but at the time my only option seemed to be shipment via Greyhound Bus.  I will be mailing you an order with the deposit this year.  Thanks again for doing this for us.

Denny

Thank You Denny.

I have to admit that the greyhound bus shipping would be a hassle since the customer would have to go to their nearest greyhound hound outlet to pick up. But at the same time it was half the price of shipping it as freight through UPS or one of the other carriers. I guess it just boils down to how far you would have to go to get to your greyhound outlet. It may be convenient for some and just way out there for others.

Anyone worried about how well Valerie packs their items..  I just got 2 wireframes bells  from her recently.  They were  covered with a foam wrap material and tightly packed in the box to prevent damage.  To me it was overkill for a heavy gauge wire product, but seems valeries business is all about taking care of the customer and making sure the product arrives in pristine condition.

see my post here and you can see how the bigger items hinge! from the picture on the web page and finding this hinge, I was quite impressed how her products aim to keep oversized shipping costs down..

now that i see her sale on 40% of LED rope light,  might be another order in the works to Valerie!

any questions just PM me...

Thank You for your words of praise mnkyboy... it is definitely appreciated!

We've had a couple people with static displays ask if there was a controller to go with the animated Santa, sleigh and chimney. I've been bugging our supplier to come up with something for us and he has.  Its a small controller and by no means like an LOR controller but it will do the trick for small animations like this or even making the Bells with Holly animated. We started with a cost of 20.00 per controller and we now have it down to 12.20 for the remainder of this year or until we run out of them which ever comes first.

Here is a picture of the little thing :}

And simple directions-

How to connect controller to Sleigh, Santa’s and Chimney.

  1. Connect sleigh to a power source other then the controller box.

  2. Connect the Santa in the sleigh to controller outlet #1.

  3. Connect the left standing Santa to controller outlet #2.

  4. Connect the right standing Santa to controller outlet #3.

  5. Connect the chimney Santa to controller outlet #4.

  6. Connect the chimney into a power source other then the controller box and your done! You'll just need to adjust the speed on the box.
OPTION: If your using something like LOR, you could even take this one step further and make

Santa disappear into the chimney or make him pop in and out of the chimney a couple times.

Just a reminder, if anyone wants to order at these special prices, the cutoff is April 1, I believe.  So, if you have been procrastinating, time is almost up.

Thank You Denny :)

We have good news for anyone who has not been to the web site lately. Pre order dates have been extended.

For the wire frames, you will have until April 20th

For the rope light, net lights and accessories we could only get until April 12th.

I hope this helps.

Val

Valerie can correct me if I'm wrong but the order date, I believe, was extended to 20 April for the frames and 12 APril on the rope light and net lights.

Deposits must be sent with order.  She is giving you right up to the day before her orders are due so let's treat her right.

Remember also, that her rope light is cuttable every 20 inches and it's LED.

I can vouch for the quality of these frames,  I have over 40 of them and they are great.  Just love the way the large ones are hinged for storage.
