Here is another inflatable from the airblown club sale.  It is the overweight santa that has Hot-cocoa and cookies that will go beside our new Elf cafe.  The Elf cafe is where we serve hot cocoa and cookies to people who come to the display.

Yes, he is animated, with the hammer coming down and back up.  As for your pic, make sure your pictures are not to big(like bytes size).  Just hit Browse button and load the pic off your computer.:]

You need to open the picture in an editing program such as MS photo and picture editor.  Under the image pull down menu you will find resize.  Change the measuring units from inches to pixels.  Then change the larger number (length or width) to 600.  Do not choose the other number.  The program will figure it automatically and keep the picture in perportion.  Click ok.  From the File pull down menu choose "save as".  Give the picture a new name.  (I usually keep the same name and just add "sm" to it.)  This is so that you don't reduce your original picture.  Now when you enter a post you will see underneath the text there is a box for attachments.  Click the browse button next to the box.  Choose the small (sm) verison of the picture you want to add.

We try to make the Elf cafe to look like a igloo.  Hot cocoa serve in a igloo.  We have a cutout elf to go with the cafe.
