I was sitting here the other day wracking my brain on what these decorations were called. After doing a little research my questions had been answered. I have heard these were called Melted Plastic or Popcorn Plaques. Oh how I loved these as a child and the memories they bring to me. I am hoping to purchase some. Does anyone know a store or website (other than Ebay) that still sells these? Also, if you recall them being called something else would you share this with me? I am still researching a little more..would like to know the companies name who made these and if they still make them or not. Thanks so much!

Thanks all..I swear as crazy as people may think these things and things like the window clings called Stickees make me soooooooooooooo happy inside.
Annette I just threw a bunch of window clings out last week! I got so I couldnt stand those things anymore and many of them were never used. If I find more laying around I will be glad to send them to you. And its a real good chance I may find more.

Thanks Peggy=)
Awwww I guess that I cant answer. We just have always called them all stickees. I will look if I find anymore. Actually I will run down right now and see if I see any on the shelf.
Annette these are the ones on my shelf but I may have others in my holiday totes. It doesnt look like they are the ones your looking for though. But they are yours if you want or I am throwing them in the garbage and it goes out tomorrow.
Annette they will be on their way sometime next week. Here is a pic of what inspired me to decorate my tree with all handblown figures. This one was in my dads family. I am not positive but I think it about 100 yrs old. Lots of memories in this one.
Thanks so much..This is very kind of you. I totally love this ornament. Wow! Do you know anything else about this? I searched this link http://www.christmas4ever.com/allfolders.jsp
And still browsing seeing if I can find any info. on it like maybe where it was made etc...I love ornaments the older the better. I bet your tree looked lovely.
No I dont have anymore info on it. I wish I did. It wasnt until both parents were already gone when I got interested in asking questions about where things came from.
