I was sitting here the other day wracking my brain on what these decorations were called. After doing a little research my questions had been answered. I have heard these were called Melted Plastic or  Popcorn Plaques. Oh how I loved these as a child and the memories they bring to me. I am hoping to purchase some. Does anyone know a store or website (other than Ebay) that still sells these? Also, if you recall them being called something else would you share this with me? I am still researching a little more..would like to know the companies name who made these and if they still make them or not. Thanks so much!

Ebay has them but if you are interested in them I will keep my eye out this year at yard sales. I know I have seen them in the past.

Annette they will be on their way sometime next week. Here is a pic of what inspired me to decorate my tree with all handblown figures. This one was in my dads family. I am not positive but I think it about 100 yrs old. Lots of memories in this one.

No I dont have anymore info on it. I wish I did. It wasnt until both parents were already gone when I got interested in asking questions about where things came from.

Thanks for looking though.
