I might be wrong, but the phoenix craigslist for Christmas Decorations looks like its from komar.com. The guy that faked web controlled lighting display a few years back?
His web site komar.com is now a clothing makers website.

I talked with him on the phone today. His name is Tim and his website is http://www.timpacura.com I am going up this afternoon to see what he has. Will buy if it seems worth the asking price. His listing does say that all the lights are a year old.

Yes, I bought it, four large moving boxes of lights and about 8 plastic trash bags of garland and two garbage bags of those large plastic ornaments that you hang outside. By the way, I don't think that komar.org website is his. His wife and two children are Korean and the man in the picture is not him.
